CapLOX II Pedicle Screw System by Captiva Spine is designed for posterior fixation of the thoracolumbar spine, and offers low profile robust implants with an extensive selection of screw types and sizes. Self-tapping triple flute screws are self-centering, with dual-lead thread for faster insertion, and polyaxial heads that angulate up to 63 degrees, with cannulated option available as well. 5.5 mm diameter rods come in pre-cut straight and contoured options. Low-profile cross connectors have 5 adjustable sizes, are top-loading and self-adjusting, have a center pivot adjustable arch with up to 40 degrees of angulation, and the rod interface provides as additional 15 degree or coronal angulation and 10 degrees of sagittal angulation.
