The Leverage LFS Laminoplasty Fixation System by Nuvasive now sold under Globus is a laminoplasty plating system for use in the posterior cervical spine for decompression. It features 2 style of plates with or without graft fixation. The Laminar screw has a template that is affixed to the laminate then the plate is slid over the collar and adjusted to the individual patient anatomy making the process more simplified. The laminar plates come in 3 size options to conform to individual anatomy.
