DESCRIPTION

The MATRIXX IMPAXX by Nexxt Spine is a 3D printed porous titanium dowel intended for use in the fusion procedures of the sacroiliac joint. The dowel is a 3D printed cylinder with radial ridges to prevent graft rotation or dislodging. The implant has fenestrations for graft backfilling and for bony ingrowth. The dowel can be inserted over a 3.2mm Steinmann pin and is intended to be placed either in the lateral percutaneous approach or the S2AI approach.
