The Meridian with WaveForm A is a modular implant set for implantation in the ALIF procedure and features multiple fixation options including 0-profile integrated fixation with on or two screws and an option for placement of a low-profile anterior plate with 2 or 4 holes. The cage is made from 3D printed titanium based on the WaveForm technology which is a repeating wave pattern designed to distribute load and reach a maximum open porosity of the implant for graft placement.
