The QUARTEX system by Globus Medical is a true Occipital-cervical-Thoracic (OCT) posterior stabilization system that employs a large 45 degree conical angulation of cervical screws with diameter of 3.5mm or 4.0mm and 35 degrees of angulation for screw diameters of 5.0mm to 5.5mm
Screw heads will accept either 3.5 or 4.0mm rod and include options for a hinged rod option. Rod material in titanium alloy or cobalt chrome alloy.
In addition to the primary hardware, QUARTEX offers an offering of head-to-head connectors, rod-to-rod connectors, lateral connectors, parallel connectors to connect to larger diameter rods.
If needed, QUARTEX OCT offers an additional QUARTEX ADDITION-C set which offers several more options for side-to-side rod connectors, reducing connectors and many others
