The Shorline ACS is an ACDF spacer with multiple profile options for fixation including an integrated zero-profile fixation and a low profile plate option with 2, 3, or 4 screw hole plate options. The plates compress on to the Titanium coated PEEK spacer (Nanometalene) to increase bony ingrowth and increase fusion rates. The low profile and integrated plates allow for decreased adjacent segment disease.
This is similar to the Shoreline RT (Reef Topography) and features the same nanometalene surface technology but has a different surface corrugation.
