StaXx XD by Spine Wave is a low profile expandable solid PEEK posterior lumbar interbody spacer designed to be expanded in situ with the squeeze of a surgical gun trigger for controlled distraction in 1 mm increments. The small insertion profile allows for a less invasive approach with minimal retraction, while being able to expand within the disc space to the desired height. Solid PEEK implant enhances stability and increases surface contact with the endplates for decreased subsidence. Available in varying sizes as well as lordotic and convex options.
