DESCRIPTION

The T-FIX 3DSI by Cutting Edge Spine is an HA coated 3D printed titanium sacroiliac joint fusion system designed with an emphasis on optimal osseointegration via a porous rough surface with a thin hydroxyapatite outer layer. Offers four approaches in one system: lateral, S2 alar iliac, open posterior bridging, and transgluteal lateral approaches. 

Features: 

  • Randomized pores (0.1-0.5mm) sized to allow bone growth and vascularization 
  • Surface roughness (1-10um) optimized to interlock mineralized bone and implant surface 
  • Thin hydroxyapatite (HA) layer (~20nm) yields increased surface energy and provides material to build bone 
  • Diameter options: 
    • 11.5 mm 
    • 13.0 mm 
  • Length options: 
    • 25-70 mm in 5mm increments 
    • 25 mm length is fully threaded
