VySpan PCT system by VySpine is a posterior cervical thoracic fixation system intended for posterior fusion of the cervicothoracic spine. It has a variety of vertebral anchor devices, featuring hooks, standard thread and smooth-shank screws, and poly-axial and fixed angle heads both with reduction head options. Rods are available in multiple lengths both curved and straight, with connectors and transition rod options to connect to thoracolumbar implants. Multiple versatile cross-links are available including head-to-head and rod-to-rod, both with double and single joint configurations. The poly-axial screws have a high degree or rotational freedom as well as an internal collet for superior locking strength.
