The Boxcar Vertebral Body Replacement system by Omnia Medical is a modular cervical corpectomy spacer composed of PEEK-OPTIMA HA (Hydroxyapatite) enhanced. This incorporated HA within the entire spacer making it more osteoconductive and allows bonding of cellular structures throughout the implant. It has modular endplates that snap together with addition or spacer to increase the height incrementally as well as change the lordosis of the endplates as desired.
