The HAVEN Laminoplasty system by Globus Medical is a dual plate system attaching to both lateral mass of the cervical spine and pars of the thoracic spine (C3-T3). The hinge mechanism bridges the posterior arch of the spine to provide stability and cord protection.
It requires bilateral fixation to the lateral mass. It can also be used in conjunction with posterior cervico-thoracic fixation systems such as QUARTEX and ELLIPSE.
